What payment methods can I use?

Tazbeeb currently accepts all valid credit and debit cards. You can make your purchase using any card that carries a Visa or Mastercard logo. This includes prepaid cards and digital wallet-supported cards.

Do you support international cards? 

Yes. Tazbeeb accepts any Visa or Mastercard issued from any country. All charges are made in AED, and your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your card is issued in another currency.

Why was my card declined? 

Card declines may occur due to various reasons such as incorrect card details, insufficient balance, or the bank’s fraud prevention system. Even if a card has worked before, it may still be declined in future attempts due to security policies.

How can I find out more about a failed transaction?

We display all the information we receive from your bank. However, most declines are general. If your details are correct, please contact your bank for further clarification and request that future charges from Tazbeeb be approved.
