Eligibility for Returns 

Products are eligible for return if they differ from the description provided on the Tazbeeb platform — including issues with size, color, completeness, or authenticity. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Window

All eligible products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable). Items that appear used or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must contact Tazbeeb Support at [email protected] with their order number and the reason for return. Once the return is approved, the refund process will be initiated accordingly.

Refund Terms

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
