Payment & Shipping

All payments must be made in advance through approved and secure methods. Products are shipped from the USA and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes as per destination country laws.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns include items that differ from the specifications provided on the website — such as size, color, or completeness — and must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days upon approval of the returned item.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users must use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and non-abusive manner. Fraud, system tampering, data harvesting, or harassment are strictly forbidden and may lead to legal consequences and permanent account suspension.
