09-08-2025Worked right out of the package, just added batteries and I was all set. The volume control works too and it feels right in my hands. The prior remote I had that came w my tv -the remote was awkward to use the volume controls, but not this one. It weighs less than the original remote I had. It controls two tvs in my house so I can use it from one room to the next.

09-08-2025You can tell the remote is made cheaply with rather squeaky plastic, and it's not as reactive as the main brand remotes, forcing you to be much more active and tv-aimy than with the others, but at this price I think that's ok. It gets the job done, and it has MUCH more useful buttons than the last one I had! My last remote had a fandango button.. what even is that

09-08-2025Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price and functionality. I was tired of loosing the remote and at this price I now have 3 of them. Ease of setup:Put in the batteries( not included) and use. Works great.
