09-08-2025The first ingredient in this glaze is grape must which adds a lot of sweetness. I find that it's a bit too sweet and not tangy enough. I can hardly taste the balsamic vinegar. On the good side, it's fairly thick, has a deep color and the nozzle allows for nice application. The foil seal is quite hard to open though. I probably will not buy this again because I much prefer reducing my own glaze from balsamic vinegar which gives a much richer flavor. I would only recommend this bottled glaze to someone who is looking for a topping to add visual interest and sweetness to their dish.
