08-08-2025Sturdy, well made, a good grip, a must for bread making. Even has a ruler on it. Have used it dozens of times and it still looks new.For scraping up bread dough, cutting bread dough into portions, just cleaning up afterward, also can work for gathering up chopped veggies.

08-08-2025My old dough scraper disappeared at some point, so I picked up this one. I use it primarily to cut and lift pizza dough. It works well for that purpose, and it's comfortable to use and dishwasher safe. I find it easily justifies both the low price and the space in my knife drawer.
