As a personal trainer, my equipment gets used often, and these have held up extremely well.The neoprene coating provides a comfortable, secure grip—much better than bare metal, especially during longer workouts or when hands get sweaty. 08-08-2025This delivery of 3 lb weights completes our set of weights. The weights are rubberized outside for a good grip. Now hubby and I can lift and tighten up our muscles. The weights are a perfect size for me as there’s no slippages from sweaty palms. As an older woman lifting weights they help strengthen my muscles while also helping my bones.
