08-08-2025Serving suggestions are two scoops per day in 6-12oz of beverage. I mix it in to a 32oz nalgene bottle of water and it's still so dark and strong flavored, people regularly ask me omg what is in that?!?! lol. I can only imagine in 6oz of water it'd be like drinking mud. Looks like a tumeric/oj heavy mix kind of thing. The citrus flavor is not good, but it does somewhat resemble artificial orange taste. I take it to keep my immune system up, and it seems to be working as I haven't been sick in a year since I started this 5 days a week. I like all the ingredients they say are in it. Will keep buying, as I haven't found anything I like better. I like animal products overall. I'm on my 8th or so can of this stuff at this time.
