09-08-2025It works, with very little "math". I have FOUGHT to get my pH to lower so this stuff looked a little too good to be true. Nope. I have even ran through a whole bottle of API pH lowered - nothing happened. But I like this stuff! My fish seem to have more energy too.

09-08-2025I have had an aquarium in my house for over 30 years, and where I live, have always struggled to control the pH of my tank. The water in my area just inherently has a high pH. I have purchased various products to lower the level, but while they work initially, they do not maintain the level beyond a day or two. I was understandably skeptical that this product would be any more effective, but it has turned out to be amazing. The pH was immediately corrected as soon as I put the powder in the tank, and it has stayed constant in between water changes. It causes no change to the clarity of the water and has no detrimental effect on the fish. Definitely recommend.
