09-08-2025The laptop is ok but it was advertised as excellent quality and that is not the truth. It turns on and it works ok. It has dents and multiple scratches. It runs very loud and runs hot easily. The camera quality is poor. One of usbc ports does not work. I needed a personal laptop and purchased this laptop because I have the same one for work, and I like my work laptop. I think this MacBook will do for now but it is not in excellent condition as advertised and they need to advertise appropriately.

09-08-2025Needed a newer laptop for school and it was perfect! It works just like new! There is a few scratches on the back of the laptop and the G button on the keyboard is a little hard to push but overall for a refurbished computer it works amazing! I definitely recommend!
