12-07-2025This is my first experience listening to an audio Bible. It's the best purchase I've made in a while. I've played it nonstop for over 26 hours while connected to the charger. It keeps going without a flaw. The narrator isn't Alexander Scourby, but he's the closest I've heard. I enjoy listening to this international Bible player. The quality is very good, and there's no symbol navigation. The settings are simply written in words, with few classic symbols that are very familiar. The best thing about this audio Bible is the price, which is less than many others. I would recommend this audio Bible.

12-07-2025I just got this and I LOVE it! It's very easy to operate and the voice is very clear. Listening to the bible this way is like listening to a story, an adventure. It's a nice size so I can fit it into my purse. You can also listen to it in private. It's an excellent value for the money! In fact, I'm going to gift it to friends and family members.

12-07-2025Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this little unit. One thing I like is that it is simple to use even though it has a lot of features and options. It's super light and very portable. It seems scripture is read by the actor, Alexander Scourby who is popular for his reading voice. One listen and you will understand why. The volume can get quite loud if need be and the speaker clarity stays true. You also have a headphone jack if preferred. You're given an email address in the instructions if you need to ask a question. This would be great for the elderly in a variety of situations. It has a digital display which displays the battery level as well. I like too that it is the entire Bible and not just the New Testament. There are all kinds of options to navigate the Bible which shows this was well thought out. There's pre loaded music on the TF card but you can add music to it if you like, another cool option. Telling the unit to play music is a push button away. The unit is easy to charge. The battery is removeable if you ever need to replace it but is a special rechargeable battery. I like that you can at least access it if need be. My only concern is if the memory card itself is corrupted or erased, what do you do? Doesn't say in the instructions but there is that email address (and it's on the unit as well). For the price, this is a great little unit that can be a great gift and used for a variety of ways to share scripture.
