09-08-2025Uncertain about the split device idea at first, but I love this now! The digital readout has built in magnets and it fits perfectly on the stove hood, so I can keep the base on the counter with the measured object on it while reading the weight above. Conventional scales might have the readout covered by a plate. Not this one! Recommend it.

The devices pair automatically and will power-off after about 90 seconds of non-use.The reason I'm giving only four stars is that you have to turn on the components individually. To be fair, this requirement was mentioned in the description, it's just a little annoying in practice.

09-08-2025This little scale is great!! I buy meat in bulk and always with my other scale you have to menouver the plate to see the readings and this one you don't have to. I've checked the accuracy with my weights and all the readings are dead on. It connects automatically and I have no problems.
