09-08-2025This vibration plate is great! I would recommend starting slow and building, I started with 5 minutes and worked my way up to 10. I’m 23, work on my feet all day long. I bought this to see if it would help make my feet feel better. After 2 weeks of using daily I’ve noticed my feet don’t hurt and are less swollen, my whole body feels less “puffy” probably due to lymphatic drainage, and muscles getting a little more toned. I am already slim but this has definitely helped me to lose some water weight I was retaining. I didn’t even know it had a bluetooth speaker until a week after use, which was a cool surprise. Only thing I’d say is listen to your body. Don’t use too high of a speed and don’t overdue it. I was standing straight legged for the first couple days and had some discomfort on my knees. Started standing with a bend in my knees and that went away. I think this is a great product, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to workout and move your body.
