Not only does it have a cute, kid-friendly design, but it also floats and doubles as a toy for the baby, keeping them entertained while you check the water temperature.What I love most is how much time and water it saves. Before I had this, I’d often fill the baby tub, only to find the water too hot or too cold, which meant waiting for it to adjust or dumping it out and starting over. Now, I can measure the temperature before filling the tub, which is a huge help!The thermometer comes with batteries, and I was impressed that the included battery lasted 4 months with regular use (about 2-3 times a week). I’d recommend keeping spare batteries on hand because once you start using this, you won’t want to go without it. Trust me—it feels so inconvenient going back to guessing the water temperature after experiencing this level of convenience! 08-08-2025I bought a submersible hot water heater for the winter. I needed a way to know the temperature so I would be sure to not accidentally burn myself. This little guy is my lifeguard. I know what temperature I can handle and what is too hot. This is the perfect way to know for sure.Wish this had been available 35, 32 or even 30 years ago when my children were infants.
