Like others have said: it requires prep before gift-giving--you have a bajillion little stickers to apply to complete the Care Clinic Vehicle, as well as a few smaller accessories that need assembly. But there are so many great details, and it's really functional and fun for imagination play!I disagree with other reviews that found it cheap and/or hard to manipulate or close. Yes, you do have to take care to make sure the ambulance sides are lined up correctly before it will close properly--probably easier for an adult or older child than a younger child. But ours was a perfect fit. I loved the multitude of tiny accessories and details. All the doctor's equipment, the gurney (that opens!), the waiting room/gift shop pieces... NICE. And the working siren was a big hit.I've been disappointed in the quality of other present-day Barbie accessories, but this is one of the good ones. It's sturdy, it's well-equipped, it's highly functional. Good times!

09-08-2025This is an amazing product and it's a very creative use of the space to turn it not just into an ambulance of sorts, but also into a hospital/care clinic inside. The sirens are loud, so if you're giving this to a little one, be prepared for that. It would have been nice if they'd made a way to have just the lights work without the sounds as well.It comes with all the pieces you need to give your Barbie's a checkup, put a cast on a broken arm, crutches for sprained ankle, you can take her blood pressure, check her vision and so much more. Her friends can wait in the waiting room or bring her a gift from the gift shop. There's truly nothing left out here.My only complaint is ALL those stickers. Stickers are the downfall of any larger Barbie product though, so it's to be expected. There are a lot here though, so be prepared.

09-08-2025Our granddaughter has wanted to be a vet since she was 3 (now 8) and has made use of all bandaids, tape, thermometers, swatches of fluffy fabric, rolls of painters’ tape, and such, ever since for her stuffies. This year we ordered her the Barbie ambulance and a Barbie clinic to set up beside the various vet clinics she has here at our house. She was thrilled: little stethoscope, little leg and arm casts, a stretcher!The whole kit and kaboodle was a little pricey, but grandparents need to spoil little ones.
