08-08-2025This carrier is easy to use, and pack in a diaper bag, BUT it's very hard on the neck. It really puts a lot of the baby's weight on your upper back and neck. My baby is quite small (7lbs). I was getting tension headaches in the evening and couldn't figure out why. I realized that this carrier was causing my neck tension and the headaches stopped as soon as I discontinued using it. I've switched to an Ergo baby carrier, which is a lot more expensive and not as easy to adjust, but it is so much better for your back/neck.
