08-08-2025Great Nutritional Option—Now a Favorite for My Teen! – 5 StarsI’ve used the Orgain Organic Kids 8g Protein shakes for my boys for a while, but I wanted something with a bit more protein for my older kids—something quick, nutritious, and better than skipping breakfast. That’s where this shake came in.At first, it wasn’t a hit. My two boys (11 and 8) didn’t like it and weren’t interested in trying again. My 13-year-old daughter didn’t love it either, but she didn’t hate it. Fast forward a few months: she’s now drinking them regularly and actually prefers these over the Orgain shakes—which she flat-out refuses. Especially as she recovers from a broken arm and gets ready to jump back into sports, this shake has become her go-to.It’s packed with protein and nutrients, shelf-stable, and easy to grab on the go. We like to keep them chilled—makes them much tastier.Bottom line: if you have older kids or teens, this can be a fantastic nutritional tool—as long as you find the flavor that clicks. I'd recommend trying out a small amount first, but it’s now a staple for my daughter and I’m glad we stuck with it.
