09-08-20255'4" and 140lbs - wish I would have purchased the small, but the medium fits okay as well. The straps are not adjustable and a wee bit long for my body type. There are built in cups and provides great support. It is functional, I purchased to go along with matching golf skirt and tank top. The bra is soft and comfortable.

09-08-2025My favorite amazon sports bras!! Such great quality, have repurchased multiple times in other colors. They hold up great after years of wear and being put in the washer/dryer. True to size. Very comfortable and stretchy. Pads are pretty thick but can be taken out, provides great support as well.

09-08-2025I like other CRZ yoga products but a few things about this bra led to a return. First, do not follow the size chart. I always take an xxs or xs in clothing but the size chart indicated a small. It turned out being huge. Second, the cups are very firm and not conducive to exercise if you would leave them in. Last, inner layer is not mesh against the bust so I think this would lead to it being sweatier than more expensive sports bras I own that are similar.
