The fabric is unbelievably soft—almost buttery—and feels great against the skin.I wouldn’t recommend it for high-impact workouts like cardio, but it’s ideal for low-impact activities like yoga or Pilates. It moves with you seamlessly during stretches and poses, making it perfect for mat work.The sizing chart was accurate, and the fit is just right. Plus, the material is thick enough to ensure full coverage—definitely a must-have feature for me.
