09-08-2025The company responded almost immediately and was so kind. They offered to send a new part ASAP which they did:) they didn’t just send the one part they sent a completely new sink set! 5 stars for customer service! We are hoping that this will last a long time because it is my son’s favorite toy to play with. And he is excited that he now has a working oneAs an aside the quality of the product is really top notch beautiful design and strong quality sink and accessories which is why it was confusing that it died so fast. Looking forward to writing soon how amazing it still is*(old post) so excited to buy this product as my 20 month old loves to ‘help me’ wash dishes. He loved this product and enjoyed playing with it but after using it just 3 times it is completely dead- thought it was the batteries but it’s the actually product:( the water flow mechanism doesn’t work and now the whole toy is useless:( and a complete waste of money since it was so short lived. Not acceptable for a product to break so quickly.I already threw out the box it came in thinking this was a winner but will be reaching out to return it . I’m disappointed but my baby is probably even more upset:(

09-08-2025This play sink is so fun and great for toddlers! Unfortunately, it’s very finicky and getting the water to run was not always instant. Now it doesn’t work at all. It was a Christmas gift and probably last about 4/5 months. It’s too bad because my 2 year old loved this toy and it was one of the few toys he would actually sit down and play with. I have friends who also had this toy and they had the same experience.
