22-07-2025The computer was very well packaged. I know it's used but it looks brand new. Not a scratch or mark on it.It came with a keyboard and mouse. It was loaded with Windows 11 Pro. It started up without any problems.Once I had it all up and running it took a little time to update Windows 11. That's normal for Windows.It's very fast and so far works great. The DVD works fine also as well as all the USB ports.The ethernet connection also works great.

22-07-2025For my basic needs, this computer was great and installed flawlessly. I had no issues installing software after the OS installed. Whoever reimagined these machines did a great job. My only complaint (which is small) is that the computer goes to sleep and can only be woken up by lightly pushing the power button. I had to use a DVI-to-HDMI converter for the monitor to work, so it could be related to that. Settings are ok. But overall, a solid purchase for a budget-conscious user who doesn’t require a lot of bells and whistles.
