08-08-2025when purchasing an item that is not new, there is always an eerie feeling of, is this going to work properly. This seems to be in mint condition, it is doing what I expect it to do. I am pleased with my decision to purchase this refurbished, Dell Desktop PC.

08-08-2025I know what we bought was refurbished but the monitor didn't even turn on. We plugged it into different outlets and it still did not turn on at all. The computer overheats so we have to have a fan by it keeping it cool. We made sure to place computer out in the open too. But it still overheats. So other than the problem with a monitor that doesn't work, my son is okay with it. We basically just paid for the desktop computer, keyboard and headphones.
