09-08-2025The goal of this wrist support is to relieve the hands when lifting a barbell or dumbbells, and it works. The Velcro is strong and adjustable for all wrist sizes from what I can tell. They work well for dead lifts and rows. The only thing I don't like is that the arch on the steel hook is not a complete U shape to hold the bar. It is more like a J shape , so I feel more comfortable flexing the wrist the keep the bar stable, vs totally letting it relax. The bar I use is rubber coated so it's fairly thick. Still a solid product.

09-08-2025These hooks really do make a huge difference in lifting capabilities. Its surprising how much stress they take off of the hands/grip so you can really focus on whatever muscle or group you are working on. I use them for seated cable rows, and I had never really felt my back muscles the way I did after I started using these. Grip strength is no longer a limiting factor. My wrist are on the smaller side and they fit me perfect, but have room for larger wrist as well. I am very pleased, and the cost is very fair for the quality you get.
