09-08-2025The Elvie Catchers are incredibly comfortable—I barely notice I’m wearing them! They’re lightweight, easy to pour from, and the two-piece design makes cleaning simple. The silicone holds up great in my Grownsÿ system (I only use the dry or sanitize function). I’ve worn them overnight with no leakage, but keep in mind the four-hour rule still applies to any collected milk. Since I don’t always have a strong letdown, I don’t use them as often, which makes the high price harder to justify. If you leak more or have stronger letdowns, though, they’re definitely worth it!

09-08-2025First, you cannot tell you’re wearing them from the outside.They are very comfortable to wear in your bra. They catch the leaks from my letdowns or just other milk leaks if they are full while I’m sleeping. Yes, during my sleep!!! These work very well at night! I’ve been using them for 2 weeks at night and all day now. I start off sleeping on my stomach and eventually turn to side and back. And they have never leaked! It’s shocking and amazing. And some nights they’ll be half full and still don’t leak! I obviously don’t notice any discomfort with them at night either. Bras are not any tighter than normal either. I’ll get 4oz total in 24 hours of leaked milk that would have normally been in a pad! And that’s with basically no effort (except dumping into bottle and washing with soap daily) definitely no pumping required!The only thing I’ve noticed after using them now for 2 weeks is they can start to smell sour, so daily washing with soap is a must. I even had to soak in vinegar and boil them after a week because soap wasn’t cutting the smell.Also, I like to only wear these at home or a place I’m comfortable setting these out on a table/surface while I BF because they do have to lay flat or be stood up in something so they don’t leak out.Other than that, I don’t feel these at all while wearing and reach for these over pads now!

09-08-20259/10I do give 5 star review although I say 9/10 for rating. These are great, just simple breast cups!They work well, I use on one side when nursing and pumping on the other, I sleep with them as well, but just be careful if you sleep on your back, if they become too full they will leak a little. At the moment, I’m up twice in the middle of the night, so I catch it before it has time to fill up.There is a small lip that won’t let ALL the milk come out, but you’re definitely getting majority of what leaked out. No judgement on this next part, just a suggestion - Use a syringe to get the rest out if you're anal about getting every last drop of that liquid gold! I know some moms it’s hard enough to produce, so every last drop is essential.Easy assembly after first sanitization and every cleaning. Just two simple pieces.I have xl chest, so it’s a bit noticeable when wearing these out of the house.All together, I do recommend these instead of using disposable or reusable nursing nipple pads. That’s a waste when you’re trying to save all milk.
