09-08-2025This was an Amazon warehouse purchase , a really good deal. Came well packaged , and all accessories included . Though the packing material was a pain that gave me a few paper cuts lol.Pros- Great price , easy setup with the app, easy to fill ink instead of cartridges , great prints with no smearing . Prints decent photo prints as long as source material is good , and you can go borderless, scan functions work fine for various documents . It can do double sided printing as well. No issues with WiFi or computer setup .Cons - the app isn’t the greatest , shows I’m offline , yet I can air print from my phone or computer wirelessly with no issues . I have attached photos showing the Epson app not seeing my printer , and a photo showing If I AirPrint it sees the printer . I haven’t run into a single issue printing , so not sure what that’s all about . The LCD screen is tiny , borderline pointless ,and lastly this doesn’t work on a 5ghz band only 2.4ghz .Overall it’s 4 stars out of 5 as the app isn’t what brings it down a star . Overall though I am happy with my purchase .

09-08-2025Make sure to select the right paper type. At first I didn't and the print came out "lined". After selecting the right paper type. It came out perfect! I use it for sublimation and it's as good as any professional.

09-08-2025We have had this for the past almost 4 months. We have printed hundreds of 4x6 pictures and many larger and the ink has barely decreased. Color is good. Prints double sided duplex style and have had no issues with function. WI-FI direct from phone works well. Like being able to scan and copy both to a file and just a copy. Overall have been very happy with just keeping our fingers crossed for many years.
