19-08-2025This my 2nd Eufy camera purchase. Identical to my first (they're indoor wired). I also purchased a 128meg micro SD memory chip for each. They're great as a security camera , like in a window by the front door. The 2nd camera (which came 2 weeks ago) wouldn't boot up or pair to my wifi. So, after multiple trys (thinking I was doing something wrong), I called the Eufy customer service number, and after a wait in the Q, got help (well, I actually left a call back number, and after 15 min, got a call). The guy was helpful, and, finally, after he had me try some things, he concluded that my new camera was defective. So, he took my pertinent info, and, viola, he sent me a new one. I'll be sending the defective one back to Eufy. I will say that, for me (a septuragenarian), the customizing tools and online help are somewhat confusing (like how to set night mode, turn off the alarm, set live times, etc). But the camera video quality is great. Hope this helps new shoppers.
