09-08-2025I have never bought any other brand than API Algae pads/scrubbers; but since the price was so much less, I wanted to try this brand. I was not disappointed. I prefer a pad without a handle because I have more control and am able to apply more pressure. This pad is coarse enough to remove the stuff that collects on the glass. If you haven’t cleaned in awhile, you will have to work at it more, but this pad should do the job (if not, use a credit card to scrub the hard stuff… no scratch). I highly recommend that you give this product a try. I can say without any doubt that I will continue to buy this brand/pad. I am very glad that I gave it a shot.
