08-08-2025Just finished my first 30 day supply. I thought there would be 5 grams per gummy, but it turns out there's only one gram per gummy, so I have to take 5 per day. Kind of expensive and very sugary. They do seem to work, though. It took about 10 days before I felt any effect. More energy in the gym and I really do feel like my brain works better. I'm 67 years old, used to be a competitive powerlifter, and have been weightlifting for 50 years. Before the creatine I could do about 60 push ups in a set. Now I can do 70. Bought a 2nd 30 day supply.

08-08-2025So I was fine with these when I first started taking them. But over the course of two weeks, I’m having second thoughts on them. First, the good: They really do taste great. No issues there. They are fairly sweet so if you have a sweet tooth like me, you should enjoy them. Second, they work. Muscle growth and recovery has been great and I’m impressed with the results.Now for the bad. When I first opened them, they were not that sticky. But over the course of a few weeks they become stickier and stickier. I still have the moisture absorbing packet inside but it doesn’t seem to be helping. After eating a few you’ll have to wash your hands to get the sticky off. Lastly, it’s become a chore to eat 5 a day. I feel like the creatine levels could be increased in each piece to reduce that.In the end, I don’t think I’ll be reordering these and will instead find an alternative. If you’re fine with eating the five a day or the stickiness doesn’t bother you then give them a try. Like I said, they taste great. But it’s just not for me.
