08-08-2025These are soothing to the nipple and work if you’re having any pain I’d recommend buying the saline spray and a good nipple cream to apply before use the combination will get you through the first few days !

08-08-2025They are nice and cooling, but I seen reviews about people seeing a difference after one wear and that wasn’t the case for me so I was a bit disappointed. I also seen reviews saying that they don’t stay cool for as long as they claim so I put them in the fridge from the start and that worked well for me. Yes some of the gel sticks off the side of it but I never had any problems with it sticking to my clothes or to me. It all came off very smoothly off of anything.
