09-08-2025I originally bought this to mix with water in my water bottle but I didn't like the results. I had a water pitcher that holds two quarts, and according to the label 1 Scoop equals 1 quart, so I filled the pitcher with water, added 2 level scoops, stirred it up and it came out perfect! Just put it in the fridge or put ice in the pitcher before you fill the rest of the way with water.Now that I have that all figured out, I love it! It's very easy to make. It tastes like the premade Gatorade sold in stores.I try to drink as much water as I can but sometimes I need something else, and I can say I feel way better after drinking Gatorade than I do after drinking soda.It seems to be lasting for a long time. I definitely feel I'm getting my moneys worth. I'll reorder this when I run out.
