09-08-2025I bought this product and within a week after return policy had expired my kids bike ran into problems. The quality is not great on this bike and no matter how many times I try to fix then broken part it falls off again. Now I tried contacting the sellers and seeing if they could do something about this hoping you would help coming to a solution.
