09-08-2025The media could not be loaded. Call me picky if you will, but I expected something called a 'golf ball retriever' would actually be capable of capturing the golf ball. As shown on the video, the hole is too large and the balls go right through it! I can only assume production is hit or miss since so many people think it works fine. So WARNING...grab a ball and make sure you have purchased a good one before loading this in your bag and tossing the packaging.UPDATE SINCE ORIGINAL REVIEW- The company did reach out to me and offered a full refund. So kudos to them for great customer service.
