08-08-2025I use these daily, when I start feeding baby on one side, I place one of these on the other side to catch the letdown. I then cool it in the fridge and combine it to that days milk for storage. There is not really any active suction, so it is purely to catch let down. The top spout is not ideal, I just pour from the opening.Using these makes me feel like I am not wasting any of the liquid gold. Without these, that milk would just be caught in a breast pad. I have two sets because I use them so much.
