09-08-2025I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an HP laptop in April 2025. Within just 30 days, I began encountering severe battery issues that rendered the device nearly unusable without being plugged in. To my dismay, when I attempted to return the product, I was informed that returns are no longer accepted. Upon contacting HP's customer service, I discovered that the warranty inexplicably started in October 2024, months before my purchase. HP further revealed that the warranty has been voided due to unauthorized upgrades made by the seller. This is completely unacceptable for a device that is less than 90 days old. In addition to the battery problems, I am now facing significant software issues and have been unable to successfully perform a recovery or restore. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel let down by both the seller and HP. I strongly advise potential buyers to beware of this situation and thoroughly check the warranty and condition of the product before purchasing.
