09-08-2025I really liked the printer, but my table top computer is very old and I couldn’t get it to load, not knowing why, I called the help number and he was so nice, said my computer was filled with viruses and said he would fix it and I (87 yrs old). Believed everything word until he said it would cost me $299.00, then said $799.00 for a year protection. I told him I could not afford that, and he kept pressuring me so I hung up, he called back and was upset cause I unplugged my computer, said he had put “Cisco” firewall protection on it! Well why didn’t he just say it was too old for printer?? I tried to hook it to my iPad and he has it so locked down I can’t even connect it to my iPad…. I just want it out of my house, and he can have the old computer I will never even chance a HP again!! So dissapointed with Amazon for even dealing with this kind of companies!!!

09-08-2025I had wonderful results from my HP DeskJet 2755e and enjoyed InstaInk program for two years. One day it wouldn’t respond. I tried everything. When I called HP I was transferred to someone who took over my computer, said the driver was hacked and tried to sell me a $300 virus program! I was never informed ofthe exit of their hold on my computer.I then ordered the HP DeskJet 4227e. After installing on HP it showed an error loading the ink cartridges - and Insta Ink isn’t available with this model! I’m sooo frustrated! I’m returning the 4227 and will try to reinstall the 2755.
