09-08-2025Bought in November, didn't install it until March. Never got the pc to recognize the printer. Tried UBS, Wireless connectivity. Followed HP instructions completely. Finally turned off both pc and printer and gave up for the night.Next morning turn on the pc and printer. Printer immediately threw C9C6006 error, a sort of miscellaneous error. Nothing on HP's web site is useful. Only 'solutions' are (1) turn printer off, wait 30 seconds, turn on again. (2) unplug printer, hold down power button for 15 seconds to drain system, turn back on. (3) Check positioning of toner cartridge and paper tray.Now my Amazon return window has passed and I dred calling HP's "support" line.Saddest thing is, for 40 years I've been very pleased with HP's products. I've owned at least a dozen of their printers and mostly worked at places that use only HP printers.PS. This might be the first 1-star rating I've ever given on Amazon.

09-08-2025Awesome printer. The BT features are amazing and you can easily print from your phone. Prints much faster than my last HP that was actually more expensive.

09-08-2025Great product and value. Hooks up to home internet easily and it's user-friendly enough for my elderly mother to use. I've had no reliability issues with it, but it's not used everyday either. I think so long as your not using it in a busy office it will hold up well. Cartridges seem to last a while, but can be kinda expensive.
