The kibble size and texture are just right for him, and he actually looks forward to mealtime now. Although it’s a kitten formula, it provides balanced nutrition that supports his overall health, especially his coat and digestion. The 16 lb. bag offers great value and stays fresh with the resealable packaging. If your senior cat is picky, this might be worth trying—it worked well for mine.

09-08-2025We originally bought IAMS PROACTIVE HEALTH Kitten Food for our youngest cat, but all of our cats (ages 1-7) love it so much that we now feed it to all of them! The kibble size is small and easy to eat, and the high-protein formula with real chicken keeps them all full of energy and looking healthy.One of the biggest positives is how much it helps with coat health—our cats’ fur is softer and shinier than ever. It also supports their digestion, and we’ve had no issues with upset stomachs or picky eaters turning their noses up at it.If you’re looking for a high-quality cat food that works for kittens and younger adult cats, this is a great choice. Highly recommend for multi-cat households!

09-08-2025My kitten isn't the greatest fan of the flavor and keeps trying to steal the adult cat food from my adult cat. However, she still eats plenty of this food when hungry. It's a big bag of cat food for such a little creature so it's been lasting a good amount of time. It has a subtle smell so it doesn't stink up the room whenever I open the food container, and the texture is a bit softer to the touch which is good for little teeth! Good purchase overall.
