09-08-2025I purchased this set to use with sourdough. I use the blue silicone one more, as a bowl scraper. It's much more efficient than a spatula and very sturdy. The grey one is a harder plastic and serves my purposes as a small bench scraper. I'd definitely recommend this set and purchase again if needed. I don't expect to need to as they are very well made.

09-08-2025I have had time to use these bowl scrapers and they work very well. Working sourdough with the larger of the two scrapers works best. Both scrapers are easy to clean. I highly recommend and would purchase again.
