08-08-2025This is a great hammer tenderizer. It has a flat side, which I use to flatten my chicken so it cooks faster, I also use it to smash up cookies and crackers , even breadcrumbs for certain recipes. I do this in a zip bag. The textured side is to tenderize your red meats. I don't use this too often, but it works great.This hammer is easy to hold on to and has a great sized head to cover a lot of ground when smashing.Great buy!

08-08-2025It does the job, which is to pound tough meat tender or thick meat thinner. That's the way Weiner Schnitzel is prepared. It also a champion piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to switch pounding arms regularly.

08-08-2025This is a great quality meat tenderizer/multi-use kitchen tool. It is heavy weight which I like. It's sturdy and simply designed which makes it simple to use and clean. And, the price is right! I would recommend it.
