09-08-2025I wish that you were able to choose a negative star rating. My wife purchased this through HSN or QVC. She could never get the craft material to feed. The rollers did not work. Unfortunately by the time she attempted to Jude it again the one year warranty had ran out. I called Fiunai (the company that makes the printer) and tech support was absolutely useless! They kept asking me to try things I had already done. So, unless you plan on re-enacting the scene from Office Space (where they beat the fax with a bat), don’t buy this printer! It is worthless!
