09-08-2025The Lansinoh Breast Therapy Packs have been incredibly helpful for me during some tough breastfeeding challenges. When I experienced mastitis, the cold packs provided much-needed relief from pain and swelling. Using the hot packs before nursing or pumping also helped with milk flow and comfort.Later, when I needed to start drying up my milk supply, the cold packs were a great way to reduce discomfort and inflammation. They’re easy to heat or chill quickly, and the soft fabric cover feels gentle on sensitive skin.If you’re breastfeeding and dealing with issues like mastitis or engorgement, these therapy packs are definitely worth having on hand. They made a tough situation much more manageable for me.

09-08-2025Life saver for new mothers and their babies. It can be used as a hot pack for babies. Be careful to overheat; 10-15 seconds in the microwave is good enough for my use.
