It’s great for keeping me from overcooking meats and keeping oil at the right temperature for frying. Readability:The display is large and I can read it without my glassesBuild quality:its solidly constructed. After two years of almost daily use it looks and works like newits easy to use and clean. I just wish it had a display on both sides and is difficult to use left handed. Just one of many nuisances left handers have to endure.
