07-08-2025Soles are thicker than on last pair of tai chi shoes, however the thicker soles provide more cushioning. I found the shoes comfortable, initially a little slippery but that will change with daily tai chi practice.

07-08-2025I went up a full size from what I'd usually wear, and they were still extremely tight. The soles are very thick and chunky feeling, so they don't offer much flexibility either. There are other brands for this type of shoe on Amazon, and I'd suggest picking a different one.

07-08-2025I ordered my own size, 7 1/2, and they are more like a size 7 so too small. I have to send them back. I recommend ordering half size larger than you normally wear.
