08-08-2025I heard about the product from a friend and found that it does an outstanding job for hair growth and minimizes hair shedding. Combining the multivitamin and hair growth component has been a great combination. It tastes good, which is important as a liquid vitamin. It's a more affordable option than the previous vitamins and hair growth products I had been using, and a good value. MaryRuth's is also a Certified B Corporation, which is another great reason to consider using their products. I highly recommend it.

08-08-2025I usually get the peach/mango and I’ve used it for about almost three months it’s been helping my hair shed less and grow more than it usually would. My hair wasn’t growing but when I started taking this you start to see results closer to about 2 months. This is my first time using the dragonfruit it taste like medicine I RECOMMEND THE PEACH/MANGO!! That one tastes good and not like medicine!
