07-08-2025The shoe looks nice - the sole looks sturdy. However, the shoe is far too small. I've worn 9 all my adult life, and while there is always some variance in sizes between brands, I could not even get my foot into it, even with a shoehorn. I do like how they look so I am returning these and going to go a full size up - maybe 2.I will also share that the customer service contacted me directly after I first left a review. They worked with me to get me a pair of shoes that met my expectations. They were very helpful and stayed in close contact.
