09-08-2025These are pretty useful, up until getting them I had been using a hot towel and this is pretty much the same amt of work. I heated them up for 2 minutes per the instructions, in boiling water, took them out and put them in the pouches, which are thin, but not super soft. As many reviews say, they can get damaged when being used in the microwave so I never used them like that. They’re a little bit difficult to get the temperature right, but it regulates quickly. From out of the boiling water and on my chest, they stayed hot for about 13 minutes, and warm for another 5-7 minutes totaling about 20 minutes of heat therapy. They fit around the pump flanges well. I’m a DD and they cover only about half of the breast but can be positioned to cover the top of the breast or off to the side towards the armpit.

09-08-2025I’ve had these a couple days and already love them for their ease of use. I have a larger chest and these give great coverage and comfort. I’ve only used them as cold packs from the freezer so far, but I could see them being helpful as a hot pack too. I may actually get a second pair that could be the heat pack set! I will also mention they come with a cover for each so you don’t have to have the plastic directly on your skin.
