09-08-2025The first set arrived for my Kubota-obsessed nephew, but there was an immediate problem. The figure included was missing a forearm, meaning he couldn’t use the strimmer/weed wacker. I tried calling the number provided, but after navigating through a confusing menu of random names and extensions, dialing zero only got me disconnected.Frustrated, I contacted Amazon chat support. After declining a $10 credit, they agreed to send a replacement, though I still had to return the defective one. When the replacement arrived, I was hopeful at first. This figure had both arms, but as soon as we removed it from the packaging, attached it to the hedge trimmer, the forearm fell off. It couldn’t be reattached.The mower piece doesn’t fit in the machine correctly. Design flaw as the parts don’t match. So we had to super glue that together.Now I’m left with two figures missing forearms and suspect all the sets are made this poorly. The quality is terrible—flimsy and cheaply made—yet the toy is far from cheap. I expected much better. Don’t waste your money here.
