09-08-2025This is such a great educational toy. Seems pretty durable so far. I like that it has the fingers to count on as well as the visual blocks below so the toddler can see visually and connect the number and fingers together. Great way to incorporate what adding, subtracting, and equal means. I highly recommend this for anyone teaching there little ones basic math! It also comes with a storage bag, although the board doesn't fit in there (that would have been nice), everything else does.

09-08-2025My three year old is showing interest in how numbers work, so I got this as a way to be able to easily demonstrate things like adding in a way that looks like a toy/game. The toy is really easy to put together - the hands are already attached, the tray just slots in and it sits on the feet. This makes it a matter of seconds to take back apart for cleanup.Overall, this is really good for things like addition and inequalities where each number is five or smaller. The cards with problems are really nice with addition problems because they show the number of fingers under each number. This is a big drawback for the subtraction problems, though, because you should not be demonstrating a problem like "4-1" by putting up five fingers between two hands. It unnecessarily complicates things, and that's how a kid interprets the cards.
