09-08-2025The product is truly a game-changer; I can't wait to wash and condition my hair! My hair is soft to the touch and so smooth. I bought the No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 8 and the Oil. All products have exceeded my expectations. But my first order of Shampoo No. 4 arrived without a pump top. Replacement bottle also arrived without a pump top. So, now I'm buying $6 universal pumps on Amazon because it will cost me more in gas to make the returns and risk that the next bottle is missing the pump top too. This review is really for Amazon & Olaplex purposes so they can solve the mysterious missing pump top problem (and, no, they didn't fall off inside the shipping box.) Also, it only occurred on the bottle of shampoo, not on the bottle of conditioner if that helps to know.
