08-08-2025Really great! I’ve noticed my appetite is more regulated and I’ve been less compelled to over eat. I also feel more energized for longer after I eat. The texture is a little gummy and sticks on my teeth, but the flavor is great! I love apple:) very easy to eat. The ingredients are clean and no bad taste. Very good!

08-08-2025I’ve really enjoyed adding OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings to my daily routine. The apple flavor is delicious (no harsh vinegar taste) and the texture is soft and chewy. I’ve noticed a nice boost in energy throughout the day, and they’ve helped keep my digestion on track. I also love that they include B12 and chromium for added support. Super easy to take and a great alternative to swallowing pills. I’ll definitely be reordering!

08-08-2025I have been taking these for a month, now, and absolutely love them. I was skeptical at first, because supplements like this tend not to do much for me in terms of energy, but I actually bought them in the hopes that they would help with my food cravings. On that score, they haven't helped. But in terms of boosting energy, I have noticed a *significant* difference in my energy levels throughout the day. And I'm someone who suffers from bouts of almost debilitating fatigue at times, so this has been nothing short of a miracle. I just hope the effects continue.The flavor is a delicious green apple, which I love and consider it a little "treat". I am not finding the gummies to be too hard or too chewy, although they do take a minute or two to thoroughly chew. I take one chewy in the morning and one in the afternoon, and my energy levels stay consistent until bedtime. I will also add that, since I started to taking these, I'm finding that I'm sleeping better (could be a coincidence) and that I don't wake up as groggy or with the "brain fog" that has plagued me for quite some time. Also, I can take a nap in the middle of the day (i'm retired) and these do not interfere with sleep OR make me feel too wiped-out for the rest of the day. In the past, even a short nap very often wiped me out for the rest of the day.Although these are pricey, I feel they are worth every penny. I highly recommend these for anyone who feels as though they need a little boost throughout the day. I do wish they helped suppress appetite and cravings, but maybe I'll stumble across something else for that.
